Developmental Ophthalmology

Developmental ophthalmology is a new and upcoming branch which deals with developmental Vision. This mainly focusses on children. Many children who have reading disorers, ADHD, poor performances in classroom and school work have problems in coordination of eyes and focusing. They may also have cognitive vision or visual processing disorders that affect their reading and writing. At perceptions Vision center we examine in detail children for developmental ophthalmology and also provide vision therapy and excercises for the same.
